Digital product nature
RustyCron VIP ranks are digital services activated instantly upon payment confirmation. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you gain immediate access to the service and you expressly waive your 14-day withdrawal right under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(m).
This is standard practice for digital content and services that begin immediately upon purchase.
Satisfaction guarantee
As a commercial courtesy, not a legal obligation, we offer a 24-hour money-back guarantee from your first payment. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your rank, contact us within that period and we will issue a full refund, no questions asked.
When a refund applies
- Request within the first 24 hours after the first payment.
- The rank was not correctly activated on the server due to our error.
- Duplicate charge or payment processing error.
- The server was inaccessible for more than 50% of the billing period due to causes attributable to RustyCron.
Cases that do not qualify for a refund
- Requests made after 24 hours from the first payment.
- Monthly renewals already processed (the charge occurs at the start of the new period).
- Ban or expulsion from the server for rule violations.
- Changes in the base Rust game that affect plugin functionality.
- Disagreement with game mechanics, balance changes, or server rules.
- Voluntary cancellation of the subscription (cancellation stops future charges but does not refund the current period).
- Having redeemed a promotional discount coupon: the discounted amount is non-refundable.
Right of withdrawal
Under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU), digital services that begin immediately with the consumer's express consent are exempt from the 14-day cooling-off period. During checkout, you consent to the immediate activation of the service and acknowledge the loss of your withdrawal right.
This exemption applies equally to all subscription renewals, as each renewal constitutes a new instance of immediate digital service delivery.
How to request a refund
Contact us through the contact form selecting the subject "Billing / payments", or directly on Discord. Provide the email associated with your payment and we will respond within 24 hours.
Refunds are processed through Stripe and may take 5 to 10 business days to appear in your account.
Subscription cancellation
Cancelling a subscription does not generate a refund for the current period, but it does stop future charges. You can cancel at any time from your Stripe customer portal or by contacting us.
